Welcome to NerdosTech Solutions. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ownership of Source Code

All code developed by NerdosTech Solutions is the exclusive property of NerdosTech Solutions. We do not provide the source code to our clients unless otherwise specified in a contract signed by both parties.

2. Support and Maintenance Services

We offer a monthly support and maintenance service that includes hosting, updates, and technical support. This service is designed to ensure that our clients always have access to the latest version of the software and continuous technical support.

3. Modifications and External Programmers

Modifications to the code can only be made by NerdosTech Solutions. In the event that the client wishes to introduce an external programmer, NerdosTech Solutions reserves the right to terminate the contractual relationship and cease all collaboration with said client at any time.

4. Custom Development

If the client pays for any custom development on their system, the source code remains the property of NerdosTech Solutions. This includes both additional developments and systems that have been developed from scratch. The client is paying for the service or for the new functionalities added to the existing system or developed by NerdosTech Solutions, but the intellectual property of the source code remains with NerdosTech Solutions.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By contracting our services, clients accept these terms and conditions and understand that NerdosTech Solutions is the sole owner of the source code.
